A show to counter, once and for all, the fear of the dark…and to reconcile us with the darkness that created us.  When your shadow follows you relentlessly or seems to want to get ahead of you; When it no longer resembles you or seeks to surprise you on street corners; When it starts dancing instead of you… When all the shadows of the world merge together in order to form only shadow, so black and dense that we no longer see it…then there will be Light!

Light! deflects visual certainties and to calls into question the materiality of the body in the face of light and shadows, in the same way that our fantasies and our fears sometimes take on a greater sense of reality in our imaginations than in life itself.  Light! Is a powerful piece of contemporary shadow theatre in which the human body creates intriguing and unsettling images - the physical becomes abstract.
